LE CONCEPT

▶T4BLOK est un outil de menuiserie conçu pour réaliser l’assemblage de lames de bois
du bâtiment : bardage, terrasse, plancher, lambris…
▶ Il permet de redresser les lames de bois déformées par l’usinage,
le transport ou le stockage.

▶T4BLOK se fixe sur le châssis et permet de compresser plusieurs rangées de lames de bois simultanément.
▶Pour la pose de terrasse, prévoir des cales intermédiaires
de même épaisseur.
▶Pour une compression optimale, placer une règle en aluminium entre l’outil et les lames de bois afin de répartir l’effort.

▶T4BLOK peut être utilisé seul.
Sur de grande longueur de pose, l’utilisation d’un outil est recommandée
tous les 150 à 200cm.
▶Les griffes permettent à l’outil de se fixer fermement sur le support.

Since September 2022, the INIZIA incubator, specialized
in supporting innovative projects, participates
in the various phases of development of the T4BLOK tool by providing advice and expertise.
In December 2023, the BPI will award a grant to continue the completion of the prototype, the production of a pre-series and the extension of the patent internationally.
In April 2023, the T4BLOK project was selected among six finalists during a national selection process that enabled a major French group to be put in touch with a young innovative company. CNES Paris, which is the partner of this session, will now support the project, particularly on its technical aspects.
